Authenticator & recovery codes
Regenerate recovery codes or replace a lost authenticator. Existing recovery codes will be invalidated. For replacement, you may reuse the recovery code you signed in with for five minutes. Replacing your authenticator locks dashboard access until the new setup is complete.
Your technician profile
Your display name appears in customer prompts and new support sessions. Your login username stays the same.
Change your password
Use at least 12 characters. Other signed-in sessions will be closed.
